On December 31, 2019, Inspire WiFi successfully closed a transaction representing a significant equity investment with ParaComm LLC of Boca Raton, Florida. The Members of ParaComm LLC, are Don Johnson, G. Carlton Marlowe and Rod Linder, all of whom will be on the Board of Directors for the company going forward and actively involved with the growth plan for Inspire WiFi.

Inspire WiFi will continue under its current experienced management team with all members retained to implement the company’s enhanced business plan.
