Scheck Group completed its second investment with partner Advenir by investing in Aero Flats at Stapleton.  The 420 unit community is located in the affluent Stapleton submarket of Denver, Colorado.  Advenir, a premier provider of multi-family real estate, was attracted to Aero Flats at Stapleton because of the institutional quality of the asset, strong market fundamentals and the tremendous location.  The property will be rebranded as Advenir at Stapleton.
